Golden Ghost hails from the carousel capitol of the world, the model for the Twilight Zone. In the summer of her 18th year she was taught Led Zeppelin and Eagles songs by an aging rock dream named Steve. After some trouble in the airline business for asking too many questions and wishing farewell, she moved to Brooklyn with her little songs, built spontaneously on nights alone in a childhood bedroom or found lost in the back of the head rich with months worth of grime and bitter loneliness. Laura Sue has since become somewhat nomadic, couch-hopper, venue-squatter, touring with Castanets, Saint Eskimo and the Viking Moses. She hopes one day to become a great and influential gypsy fortune teller. Golden Ghost is widely believed to cure hangovers.
